Qualifications

• 2+ years of strata management experience preferred.
• Open to Strata Assistants, Property Managers & Facility Managers aiming to move into this role.
• Must hold current strata registration or license.
• Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small portfolio of strata properties in Sydney.
• Establish strong relations with Lot Owners & Committee Members.
• Maintain compliance at all levels across the portfolio.
• Attend work orders, quotes and repairs in a timely manner.
• Attend General & Committee Meetings and report outcomes.
• Handle Schedule B fees and bonuses as applicable.
• Collaborate with admin, quality control, compliance, contracts & accounting teams.
• Support the team and contribute to a professional, reputable brand.
