Linea Talent Group is seeking an experienced Senior Strata Manager to oversee an established portfolio in the Sydney region. The role offers autonomy with strong team support and a path for career development within a respected strata management business.

The successful candidate will apply deep knowledge of strata legislation, build lasting client relationships, and lead meetings while ensuring compliant, efficient portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Strata Manager or Senior Strata Manager.
• Strong knowledge of strata legislation and industry practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a portfolio independently.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proactive and professional client service approach.
• Current strata management licence appropriate to the role.

Responsabilités

• Managing an established portfolio of strata schemes.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, committees and stakeholders.
• Preparing and conducting AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings.
• Overseeing maintenance, repairs, insurance matters and contractor management.
• Providing professional advice on strata legislation and compliance.
• Ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the portfolio.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
