Job summary

Linea Talent Group is assisting a client in appointing an experienced Strata Manager to own and grow a well-managed portfolio of ~1,000 lots. The role includes mentoring junior Strata Managers, guiding the team with industry knowledge, and stepping into a senior capacity as the business expands.

You will lead relationships with owners, committees and stakeholders, chair meetings, manage budgets, and ensure NSW strata compliance while contributing to the company’s long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Strata Manager or Senior Strata Manager.
• Proven experience successfully managing a substantial strata portfolio.
• Strong understanding of NSW strata legislation and industry requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident managing committees and complex strata matters.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• A team-focused approach and willingness to support others.
• Ambitious and interested in becoming a senior part of a growing business.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of a strata portfolio of approximately 1,000 lots
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, committees and stakeholders
• Chair and attend AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings
• Prepare and manage budgets and financial requirements
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and major works
• Ensure schemes remain compliant with NSW strata legislation
• Provide professional advice and practical solutions to committees and owners
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalates
• Mentor and support junior Strata Managers and other team members
• Share knowledge and contribute to the development of the wider team
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the business
