Hype DC Charlestown is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join the Charlestown Square flagship. You will partner with the Store Manager and Area Manager to lead a high-volume, premium sneaker store, building a strong team, delivering standout customer experiences and achieving commercial targets.

Located in Charlestown, you will influence sales, KPIs and store operations, while shaping a positive, energetic culture that reflects the Hype DC brand.

• Recruit, coach and develop team members to maximise performance.
• Oversee roster planning, wage control and daily store administration.
• Lead omni-channel fulfillment and ensure in-store excellence in Visual Merchandising.
