Hype DC The District Outlet in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our premium sneaker destination. You will drive brand vision, cultivate a high-performance culture, and ensure exceptional in-store experiences for every customer.

You will work with Area and State Managers to drive sales, coach a large team, manage rosters, and deliver a world-class omni-channel experience in a fast-paced environment. A competitive salary with incentives supports your growth and success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment with a proven record in driving sales and KPI targets.
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate a large team to achieve high performance.
• Strong roster management and cost-efficiency mindset.
• Passion for delivering best-in-class customer experiences across in-store and omni-channel touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Lead a premium, high-performance store team at Hype DC The District Outlet.
• Drive sales, profitability and operational excellence to meet KPIs.
• Coach, recruit and onboard new team members; manage rosters effectively.
• Deliver brand-aligned, memorable customer experiences on the shop floor.
