Hype DC in Sydney CBD is seeking a confident retail leader to own store performance and customer experience. You’ll build and coach a high‑performing team, drive sales and KPIs, and bring the Hype DC brand to life across all store touchpoints.

Take accountability for stock, loss prevention, visual merchandising and omnichannel execution while delivering memorable customer experiences and a safe, inclusive environment. This is a premier CBD store within Accent Group.

Formación

• Retail leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proven track record of driving sales, KPIs and commercial results.
• Passion for delivering best-in-class customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Ability to coach, motivate and inspire a large team.
• People-first leadership style with focus on engagement and culture.
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking with actionable insights.
• Experience managing rosters, wage budgets and store operations.
• Hands-on approach to stock management, VM and loss prevention.
• Proactive, 'Make It Happen' attitude with drive to achieve more.
