Hype DC Pty Ltd, a premium retailer within Accent Group, seeks an experienced Store Manager for the Hype DC Hurstville store. You will drive the brand vision, build a high-performance culture, and deliver memorable experiences for customers and team members.

In this role you will manage a multimillion-dollar store, lead a people-first environment, and ensure operational excellence, visual merchandising standards, and strong sales performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven record in driving sales and KPI targets.
• Leader with a motivated 'Make it Happen' attitude.
• Strategic thinker able to identify opportunities for future growth.
• Experience in effectively managing rosters and achieving cost efficiency metrics.

Responsibilities

• Create a people first culture and environment by empowering and developing talent within your team.
• Passionate about creating a WORLD CLASS team and a MAGICAL VIBE within their store.
• Running a multimillion dollar store you will be required to drive our financial sales goals and metrics.
• Delivering on the brand vision and strategy.
• Being on the floor 80% of your week, you will ensure that our customer is at the core of our everyday business decisions, and we provide MEMORABLE experiences 100% of the time.
• Provide coaching, support, and feedback to drive results.
• Recruitment selection and onboarding of all new team within your store.
• Deliver a seamless omni-channel experience to our consumer in-store.
• Ensure your store shows up as best in class through Visual Merchandising excellence.
• Have a desire to push yourself to be the best version of you at work every day.
