Job summary

Hype DC Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Central Parl store. You will lead the team, deliver the brand vision, and drive a high-performance culture while achieving operational excellence.

On the floor 80% of your week, you will focus on customer experience, omni-channel execution, rostering, coaching, recruitment, and KPI targets to create memorable shopping experiences and a world-class environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment, with a proven record in driving sales and KPI's targets.
• A team player who strives for excellence across Sales, Operations and team development.
• A coach who can motivate, inspire, and level up a large team of brand ambassadors.
• A leader with a motivated & driven 'Make it Happen' attitude.
• Strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for future growth.
• Experience in effectively managing rosters, achieving cost efficiency metrics.

• Provide coaching, support, and feedback to drive results
• Recruitment selection and onboarding of all new team within your store
• Deliver a seamless omni-channel experience to our consumer in-store
• Ensure your store shows up as best in class through Visual Merchandising excellence

What you will work on

We are looking for a premium and experienced business leader to join our retail team at Hype DC Central Parl location! As the Store Manager you will play a critical role delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable moments for both internal and external customers and achieving operational excellence.

Who you will work with

As a business leader, you work collaboratively with your Area Manager, State Manager and in store team to deliver a people first culture, maximise sales growth in your business all whilst accelerating your personal career growth in a leadership role.
