Universal Store is seeking a driven retail leader for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager role. You will work closely with the Store Manager, mirroring many responsibilities to grow your leadership career.

You’ll operate on a Sunday–Thursday roster, lead store operations, coach the team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and maintaining brand standards.
