Universal Store is seeking a driven Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in a full-time capacity. You will lead operations, drive sales, and coach the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The Opportunity

Universal Store is looking for a driven and inspiring retail leader to step into a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager role. This position works closely with the Store Manager and mirrors many Store Manager responsibilities, making it the perfect step if you’re looking to grow your retail leadership career.

The successful candidate will work a Sunday–Thursday roster.
