Job summary

Macpac Robina, part of Super Retail Group, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a 5+ person team from day one. You will coach, energise the floor, drive results and create an engaging, customer-focused store environment.

Ideal candidate has retail leadership experience, can lead by example, train staff and manage stock, merchandising and safety. Competitive salary with weekly pay, store discounts, and opportunities for bonus are offered.

Macpac Robina is opening in late November and we’re on the hunt for an Assistant Store Manager ready to jump in from day one.

You’ll help build, coach and energise a team of 5+, bring the buzz to the shop floor, drive results and celebrate the wins along the way. As an Assistant Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Management or supervisor experience.

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
