Job summary

Macpac Innaloo Adventure Hub, part of Super Retail Group, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead from the front, inspire a 10+ strong team, drive KPIs, nail visual merchandising and keep stock on point. If you're an experienced ASM or a Supervisor/Team Leader who's led 5+ people, this is your step up.

We're on the hunt for an Assistant Store Manager who knows how to lead from the front, inspire a team of 10+, drive KPIs, nail visual merchandising and keeping stock on point. Whether you're an experienced ASM or a Supervisor/Team Leader who's successfully led 5+ people and is ready for the next step.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Management or supervisor experience.
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
• An ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferred.
