Macpac Bondi Junction is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team on the shop floor in Westfield Bondi Junction. You will support the Store Manager, coach 5+ team members, and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.

This hands-on role emphasizes visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security. A passion for the outdoors helps, but a positive attitude and people-first leadership are essential.
