Macpac Geelong is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a small but mighty team and drive sales, service, and merchandising excellence.

You will mentor staff, deliver top-tier customer experiences, and ensure health and safety while supporting store operations. A passion for the outdoors and travel is a plus, with opportunities for growth within a large multi-brand retailer.
