Macpac Robina is opening in late November and we’re on the hunt for an Assistant Store Manager ready to jump in from day one.

You’ll help build, coach and energise a team of 5+, bring the buzz to the shop floor, drive results and celebrate the wins along the way. As an Assistant Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Management or supervisor experience.
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
• An ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential. a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
