Macpac Eastland Shopping Centre in Hobart is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to lead a passionate, high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a store that loves the outdoors.

You will work alongside the Store Manager to inspire five team members, drive sales, manage stock and health and safety, and build a positive, energetic store culture. Experience in retail leadership and a love of the outdoors are essential.

As an Assistant Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Retail management or supervisor experience.
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
• An ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
