Job summary

Adairs is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to lead the store team and partner with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You'll model leadership, drive KPI achievement, coach and develop the wider team, and contribute to workforce planning and rostering to stay within budget. You’ll analyse reports to spot opportunities to enhance the customer journey and store performance.

• Leadership qualities and demonstrated success in achieving KPI’s and targets
• Ability to create and instill an engaged and motivated culture within your team
• Strengths in nurturing, coaching, training and developing a team

Responsibilities
