Job summary

Adairs is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Perth store, driving the customer experience and elevating store performance. You will lead by example, coach and train the team, and support the Store Manager with planning and rostering to meet budgets and targets.

You will analyse reports, identify opportunities to improve the customer journey, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture where the team thrives and customers feel inspired by home styling.
