Job summary

Bailey Nelson Brunswick is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a busy optical store. You will support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver an exceptional customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a passion for customer service, and availability to work Sunday to Thursday on a full-time roster. Bailey Nelson offers strong incentives, training, and clear pathways for internal promotion as the ANZ expansion continues.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or optics at supervisor or management level.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Available to work full-time on a Sunday to Thursday roster.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense.
• Take ownership of the store 2 days a week, leading the team and driving performance.
• Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction is easy and enjoyable.
• Coach and support your team to deliver great service, every time.
