Job summary

Bailey Nelson Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Brunswick store to lead with energy and a passion for customer experience. You will support the Store Manager and Optometrist, drive performance, and ensure a seamless journey from eye test to frame selection.

The role requires leadership, a retail/optics background, and a commitment to exceptional service. We offer strong upside with OTE up to 85,000 plus bonuses, product allowances, and hands-on training in optical

• Available to work full-time on Sunday to Thursday roster.
