Bailey Nelson Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Brunswick store to lead with energy and a passion for customer experience. You will support the Store Manager and Optometrist, drive performance, and ensure a seamless journey from eye test to frame selection.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or optics at supervisor or management level.
• Available to work full-time on Sunday to Thursday roster.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense.
• Take ownership of the store 2 days a week, leading the team and driving performance.
• Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyable.
• Coach and support your team to deliver great service, every time.
