Job summary

Bailey Nelson in Brunswick is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team and elevate the customer experience from eye tests to frame selection and dispensing.

You will take ownership of the store two days a week, coach the team, and drive performance while ensuring smooth appointment flow and a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or optics at supervisor or management level.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Passionate about creating great customer experiences.
• Available to work full-time on a Sunday to Thursday roster.
