Shoes & Sox Eastland in Melbourne's eastern suburbs is seeking a hands-on Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to coach staff, drive sales, and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Store Manager, Retail Supervisor or retail leader
• Ability to coach, develop and inspire team members
• Strong customer service focus and relationship-building
• Commercially minded with ability to drive sales and store performance

Responsibilities

• Be the right-hand to the Store Manager: support daily operations, lead by example and keep the team motivated
• Lead from the front: coach and develop team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive sales and business growth: monitor performance, track KPIs and motivate the team to targets
• Build lasting customer relationships: expert footwear fitting and personalised service
• Style it up: maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Stay sharp on stock: support stock management, accuracy, and loss prevention
• Champion safety: promote safe, inclusive workplace and OH&S compliance
• Make an impact: contribute ideas to improve store performance and customer experience
