Shoes & Sox Southland in Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a passionate team in a busy Westfield centre. You’ll support the Store Manager, coach staff, and ensure a high standard of customer service as families shop for footwear.

You’ll drive sales, maintain store presentation and stock, and foster a positive, safe workplace while delivering memorable shopping experiences for kids and parents.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Retail Supervisor or experienced retail team leader.

Responsabilités

• Be the Store Manager’s right-hand person: Help lead the day-to-day operations of the store, keeping everything running smoothly and the team motivated, engaged and ready to go.
• Lead from the front: Set the standard for outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming experience for every family who walks through our doors.
• Make every fitting count: Help parents and carers navigate growing feet, finding the right fit, comfort and style for every little adventure.
• Drive sales and smash KPIs: Keep an eye on performance, celebrate wins and turn opportunities into results in a dynamic shopping centre environment.
• Coach, develop and inspire: Support your team to build their product knowledge, fitting confidence and customer service skills while celebrating their individual strengths.
• Bring the store to life: Maintain engaging visual merchandising and a store presentation that reflects the fun, energy and expertise of Shoes & Sox.
• Keep stock in check: Support inventory management, stock accuracy and loss prevention to keep the store operating at its best.
• Champion a safe and positive workplace: Follow all OH&S requirements and help create a supportive environment where everyone feels valued.
