Peter Alexander is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager for the Eastland store in Melbourne. You will assist the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience, drive sales, and oversee daily store operations.

The role requires weekend, late-night trading hours and public holidays. You’ll help train staff, manage rosters, and keep the store visually appealing with strong customer service and a proactive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Visual merchandising experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience in a high stock volume business is a bonus.
