Responsibilities

• Leading the floor with purpose — coaching, developing, and motivating your team to hit sales targets and deliver a standout customer experience, every shift.
• Driving results — taking ownership of individual and team KPIs, identifying opportunities, and following through consistently.
• Running the operation — managing store scheduling, wage control, shipment processing, stock replenishment, and the day-to-day detail that keeps a store performing at its best.
• Setting the standard for presentation — executing and maintaining visual merchandising, product displays, and store cleanliness to brand guidelines.
• Being the product expert — knowing your product inside and out so you can guide customers to the right purchase and build genuine brand loyalty.
• Supporting the Store Manager — being the kind of second-in-command who lifts the performance of the whole team and keeps the business running smoothly.
