• Experience as Assistant Store Manager, Retail Supervisor or retail leader

This newly created role is an exciting opportunity to support business growth, work alongside the Store Manager and help build a high-performing team that delivers outstanding customer experiences and strong commercial results.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Build lasting customer relationships - champion expert footwear fitting, personalised service and customer loyalty to help grow our presence across Melbourne's eastern suburbs.
• Style it up - maintain outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation standards that bring the Shoes & Sox brand and footwear collections to life.
• Stay sharp on stock - support effective stock management, inventory accuracy and proactive loss prevention to protect store profitability.
• Champion safety - promote a safe, inclusive and supportive workplace by following all OH&S requirements and looking out for your team.
• Make an impact - bring fresh ideas, take initiative and work collaboratively with the Store Manager to improve store performance, team capability and the overall customer experience.

• Experienced Assistant Store Manager, Retail Supervisor or retail leader ready to take the next step.
