• Report to Area Manager and lead the store team.
• Drive sales performance and customer service standards.
• Coach and develop team through 1:1 training.
• Build strong relationships with your store team and customers.
• Manage rosters and scheduling to meet store needs.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
