Talent International is partnering with a leading international bridal retailer to recruit an experienced Assistant Store Manager (Customer Experience Manager) for a premium boutique in Rosebery, Sydney. You will work with the Store Manager to drive day-to-day operations, sales and customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in retail management, strong leadership and a passion for fashion. Weekend/evening flexibility is required in a fashion-forward environment.

Talent International is partnering with a leading international bridal retailer to recruit an experienced Assistant Store Manager (Customer Experience Manager). This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail leader to join a premium bridal boutique, working in a beautiful fashion-focused environment where exceptional customer experience is at the heart of everything they do. This is a permanent position based in Rosebery, Inner Southern Sydney.

The Role

Working alongside the Store Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day operations, sales performance and customer experience of the boutique.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of bridal stylists
• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
• Deliver an exceptional, personalised experience for every bride
• Support recruitment, training and development of the team
• Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups and escalations
• Coordinate in-store events, promotions and trunk shows
• Maintain exceptional merchandising and presentation standards

About You

You will ideally have:

• 3-5 years' retail management experience
• A strong background in sales and customer service
• Proven leadership and team coaching skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• A passion for fashion, styling and premium customer experiences
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings

Experience within bridal, fashion, luxury or apparel retail would be highly regarded but is not essential.
