About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Assistant Store Manager for our renowned boutique in Sydney.

This is more than a management role—you will be the driving force behind the boutique’s energy, performance, and client experience. Leading from the front, you will cultivate a high-performing team that delivers personalised, elevated service while building lasting relationships with a discerning clientele.

With a strong commercial mindset, you will take full ownership of driving sales performance, exceeding KPIs, and enhancing client engagement.
