Job summary

True Society in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Customer Experience Manager) to lead daily retail operations for our upscale bridal boutique. You will collaborate with stylists to deliver a highly personalised shopping journey for brides and their parties.

Role requires 3–5 years of retail management experience, a strong service mindset and leadership ability to coach the team. The position involves evening and weekend shifts and a focus on sales performance and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Retail/Fashion preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years retail management experience.
• Bridal or apparel industry management preferred.
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead daily sales and operations of upscale bridal boutique to achieve sales goals.
• Recruit, train and coach store staff.
• Manage pre-appointment qualification process and conversions.
• Address customer inquiries and respond to reviews.
• Plan and execute store events, promotions and visual standards.
• Lead merchandising to reflect trends and enhance the bridal experience.
