Job summary

True Society in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Customer Experience Manager) to lead a high-end bridal boutique. You will co-lead daily operations with stylists to deliver a personalised gown journey for each bride and her party.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of retail management, a customer‑driven mindset and excellent communication. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, with opportunities for extensive training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Retail/Fashion or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3-5 years retail management experience; bridal sales or apparel management preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team; high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Create a highly personalised experience for each customer and bridal party during gown selection.
• Co-lead daily sales and operations; work with stylists to achieve sales goals.
• Foster recruitment, training and coaching to grow the team.
• Manage pre-appointment qualification process and conversions.
• Monitor store reviews and provide feedback to address issues.
• Follow up on customer inquiries via email, text, phone or website.
• Handle customer complaints at first level with continuous improvement.
• Execute store marketing activities, bridal fairs and promotions.
• Work with Store Manager on trends and merchandising.
• Prepare store for events and maintain visual/brand standards.
