Roers Companies in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to help connect residents with their new homes and communities. You will assist in leasing, marketing, tours, and day-to-day property operations.

The role requires at least 1 year of leasing or assistant PM experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and resident relations. A Yardi background and proficiency in Word and Excel are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leasing or Assistant Property Manager experience.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail oriented and have good time management.
• Flexible schedule to meet property needs.

Responsibilities

• Solicit business to achieve occupancy and rental goals.
• Market the property via advertising, inquiries, tours and leads.
• Lead property tours for prospective residents and showcase amenities.
• Assist in staff training and model effective sales techniques.
• Lead rent collection efforts and handle delinquent accounts.
• Assist in budget management to increase NOI.
• Act as acting Property Manager in their absence.
