Roers Companies in Victoria, MN is seeking an energetic Assistant Property Manager to join our team. You will help connect residents to community, drive leasing efforts, and assist in daily property operations to meet occupancy and financial goals.

This role requires 1+ year in leasing or assistant PM, strong communication, and operational focus. A Yardi background is preferred, along with proficiency in Word and Excel and the ability to manage multiple tasks with integrity and ownership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years leasing or Assistant PM experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit business to achieve occupancy and rental goals.
• Lead property tours for prospective residents.
• Assist in rent collection and delinquency management.
• Assist in budgeting to increase net operating income.
• Provide staff training and model effective sales techniques.
• Act as Property Manager in their absence.
• Maintain accurate resident ledgers and files.
• Inspect units during move-in/move-out.
