Qualificações

• Current Victorian Agent's Representative eligibility, including completion of the required prescribed training.
• Previous experience in property management, leasing or real estate sales is highly regarded.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a genuine ability to connect with people.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• A willingness to learn, take initiative and continuously improve.
• A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• A genuine commitment to building a long-term career in real estate.
• Mandarin or Cantonese language skills would be an advantage, but are not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting Property Managers with the daily management of residential properties.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with rental providers, renters and prospective tenants.
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractor appointments.
• Conducting routine inspections, open for inspections and private inspections.
• Assisting with leasing enquiries, rental applications and tenancy documentation.
• Supporting lease renewals, rental reviews and general administrative tasks.
• Working collaboratively with the team to deliver a consistently high standard of service.
