Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years leasing or Assistant Property Manager experience.
• Yardi experience preferred; strong communication and organization are essential.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; able to market the property via online channels.

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit business to achieve occupancy and rental goals.
• Lead property tours for prospective residents.
• Manage delinquent rent and assist in budget decisions.
• Maintain resident ledgers and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Fill in as acting Property Manager when needed.
• Support training and model effective sales techniques.
