Job summary

OC Real Estate LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join our Lonsdale team. You’ll support a high‑performing property management group with inspections, tenant communications and file administration in a collaborative, learning‑forward environment.

Based in our Lonsdale office, you’ll develop practical expertise under mentorship, contribute to compliant tenancy processes and build a lasting career in real estate with excellent presentation and service standards.

Qualifications

• A current Property Management license (essential).
• A current drivers’ license and reliable vehicle (essential).
• Previous experience in a customer serviced based role (desirable).
• A genuine interest in building a career in property management.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ingoing and routine inspections, producing clear, detailed reports that give landlords confidence their investment is in good hands.
• Support Property Managers through final inspections at the end of each tenancy.
• Draft breach notices and legal forms, building practical expertise in the Residential Tenancies Act 1995 (SA).
• Be the responsive, professional voice tenants rely on by phone and email.
• Make every move-in seamless, with tenant packs prepared and keys cut on time.
• Prepare end-of-file documentation when managements conclude, keeping records accurate and compliant.
