Qualifications

• Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Ideally 12+ months experience in Property Management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Leasing duties including open homes and application processing.
• Support routine, entry and exit inspections and reporting.
• Assist with lease renewals and coordinate property maintenance.
• Provide support to the Property Management team and grow skills.
