Qualifications

• Previous Property Management experience.
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end portfolio of approximately 100-130 residential properties with assistance.
• Maintenance coordination.
• Leasing and arrears management.
• Notices and tenancy leases.
• Tribunal preparation and attendance (QCAT if needed).
• Build strong landlord and tenant relationships.
• Routine inspections and reports.
• Utilise PropertyMe software.

The Role

You'll be joining an experienced and collaborative Property Management team, managing a quality residential portfolio from start to finish while receiving the support you need to focus on delivering exceptional service.

• Managing an end-to-end portfolio of approximately 100-130 residential properties with assistance
• Maintenance coordination
• Leasing
• Arrears management
• Notices and tenancy leases
• Tribunal preparation and attendance, including QCAT if needed
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Some routine, entry and exit inspections and reports
• Using PropertyMe software

You’ll also be supported by:

• Two Assistant Property Managers who handle routine inspections and provide day-to-day support
• A dedicated Virtual Assistant (VA)
• A hands-on Team Leader who is actively involved in supporting the team

About You

• Previous Property Management experience
