Job summary
REMAX Property Sales on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of around 120 properties, delivering proactive management and exceptional service.
You’ll build relationships with landlords, tenants and trades, conduct inspections, manage arrears, and coordinate maintenance, working in a supportive team with ongoing training. Immediate start and Monday-Friday schedule.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' full-time experience as a Property Manager.
- Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive and positive approach to your work.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A solution-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 120 properties.

The Role:
Managing a portfolio of approximately 120 properties
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and trades
Managing rental arrears and invoices
Conducting routine inspections
Conducting entry and exit inspections
Managing maintenance and coordinating trades
Handling enquiries and correspondence efficiently and professionally
Ensuring your portfolio is proactively and effectively managed
No trust accounting responsibilities
Working as part of a supportive team that genuinely cares about its people
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 2 years' full-time experience as a Property Manager
Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration
Current Australian Driver Licence
Exceptional attention to detail
A proactive and positive approach to your work
Strong time management and organisational skills
