Developmental Paediatrics is a leading specialist paediatric practice in Bondi Junction, bringing together a team of more than 45 skilled medical and allied health professionals. We deliver comprehensive multidisciplinary assessments and consultations to support children, adolescents and their families across a broad range of developmental and behavioural presentations.
You will bring a calm, professional and proactive approach, with the ability to lead a busy team, manage competing priorities and maintain high standards of service.

Able to lead with warmth and accountability.
Demonstrated experience improving workflows and systems.
Proven leadership or management experience in a similar role, ideally for at least two years.
Previous medical reception or medical administration experience, ideally for at least three years.
IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint and Teams.
