You will guide a diverse team, drive guest satisfaction, and contribute to revenue initiatives while ensuring a respectful, educational, and results-driven work environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand how to deliver exemplary guest experience. Venue to feel warm and welcoming with a casual level of engagement, underpinned by professional execution.
• Lead & Coach a diverse team of people, ensuring team culture is guest focused, community led, and sales driven.
• Drive the financial results of the department, be sales focused, create and lead revenue initiatives, and manage financial controls.
