Sonnel Hospitality group is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for Rosehill Hotel in Sydney. You will support the Venue Manager, lead the team on shift, maintain service standards, oversee compliance and gaming operations, and ensure an outstanding guest experience.

With a minimum of 1 year in hospitality management, you bring strong leadership, excellent communication, and a hands-on, community-first approach to service and guest experience.

The Role

What you will bring:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality
• Current RSA, ARCG and RCG certifications
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team
• A hands-on, community-first approach to service and guest experience
• Excellent communication skills and a calm head under pressure
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
