Sonnel Hospitality group is seeking a proactive Manager to lead multiple pub venues across Western Sydney, overseeing operations and staff to deliver guest experiences with a community-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a management role within hospitality.
• Current RSA, ARCG and RCG certifications
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team
• Hands-on, community-first approach to service and guest experience
• Excellent communication skills and a calm head under pressure
