Sonnell Hospitality group is seeking Assistant Managers for multiple pub venues across Western Sydney. You will lead front-of-house teams, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive daily operations with energy and a hands-on leadership style.

We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires starting October or November 2026, a base salary of $80,500–$85,000 plus super, complimentary meals, roster flexibility, staff discounts, and parental leave after six months.

Formación

• Previous experience in a management role within hospitality.
• Current RSA, ARCG and RCG certifications.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire a team.
• Hands-on, community-first service mindset.
• Excellent communication and calmness under pressure.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
