Stylerunner Marion is seeking a driven, fashion-loving Assistant Store Manager to lead the team on the floor and elevate the customer experience.

Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, drive sales, coach staff, and help identify opportunities for performance and progression within the brand. Join a destination for women who move with purpose, style and strength.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience (Supervisor, 2IC or similar).
• A love for fashion, wellness, and premium product.
• Confident communication and people leadership skills.
• A proven track record of driving KPIs and store performance.
• Strong organisation, time management & operational know-how.
• A calm, can-do attitude in a high-paced environment.
• Ready to work a Sunday-Thursday roster.

About the Role: As Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in leading the team and creating an elevated experience that inspires our customers and reflects the Stylerunner brand. You'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, team development, and driving sales while building your confidence as a future store leader. You'll work closely with your Store and Area Manager to identify opportunities for performance and progression - for both you and your team.
