Job summary

Stylerunner Burnside is seeking an inspiring Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales and deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You’ll oversee daily operations, roster management, stock control, and be the brand ambassador for a premium activewear environment.

You’ll coach a high-performing team, partner with the Area Manager to identify growth opportunities, and ensure a safe, inclusive, on-brand store culture with strong customer service and KPI focus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level).
• Confident, driven leadership style with a passion for fashion.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and KPI targets.
• Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage and wage control.
• Strong operational, visual merchandising and customer service skills.

About The Role

As Store Manager, you’ll lead from the front, coaching your team, driving results, and delivering exceptional experiences that keep our customers coming back. You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of the store while creating an environment that’s inclusive, energetic, and always on brand. You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to identify opportunities for growth, team development, and elevated performance.

What You’ll Need

• 1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level)
• A confident, driven, and inspiring leadership style
• Passion for fashion, wellness, and the Stylerunner aesthetic
• A proven track record of smashing sales and KPI targets
• Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control
• A "Make it Happen" mindset - strategic, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Strong operational, VM, and customer service skills
• Availability for a Tuesday-Saturday roster
