Stylerunner Burnside is seeking an inspirational Store Manager to lead a fashion-forward team and deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You will drive performance, coach staff, and ensure daily operations run smoothly in a vibrant, on-brand environment.

Lead by example with a passion for fashion, wellness, and premium service, while partnering with the Area Manager on growth and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level).
• Confident, driven, and inspiring leadership style.
• Passion for fashion, wellness, and Stylerunner aesthetic.
• Proven track record of hitting sales and KPI targets.
• Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage and wage control.
• Make it Happen mindset—strategic, proactive, and solutions-focused.
• Strong operational, VM, and customer service skills.
• Availability for a Tuesday–Saturday roster.

• Drive store performance through exceptional customer service and KPI focus.
• Manage daily operations including rosters, stock, shrinkage and VM standards.
