Job summary

Lucas Den is an award-winning Japanese-inspired eating house on Chapel Street in Windsor, operated by Lucas Collective. We are seeking an Assistant Manager or Supervisor to lead front-of-house teams, drive service standards and maintain strong guest relationships during busy periods.

The role involves rostering, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-energy, guest-focused service. There is opportunity for progression within Lucas Collective across our venues and a supportive training platform

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in an a-la-carte restaurant
• Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew experience
• Exceptional service skills and guest focused
• Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices
• Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
• Proven ability in building effective relationships
• Organisational and time management skills
• Experience using booking system OpenTable or similar
• Experience using a time & attendance system, Deputy or similar
• Exceptional communication and presentation
• Available and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
