Mantra French Quarter on Hastings Street seeks an Assistant Manager to lead the Front Office Team, delivering memorable guest experiences while maintaining energy and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Hotel Front Office Operations, marked by a leadership track record as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, fueled by strong organizational and time management skills.
• Masterful written and spoken communication abilities.
• Flexible rotating schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Masterful in the art of both the written and spoken communication
